"This room was booked for my dad for a one night stay. The hotel was beautiful. Very tastefully restored to Georgian grandness. The room was compact but very tastefully decorated & he said he slept like a log. There was bit of an issue with the flushing mechanism of the toilet & he informed the receptionist. The staff were all very lovely & he enjoyed his breakfast."

"The bed had obviously been broken and repaired it was unbelievably wobbly and creaky. Rolling over made such a racket. If my partner had with me the neighbours would be complaining 😜"

"Great location. Great communication from the organization. They were very accommodating and kind to me. I extended my stay and they kindly checked in on me. The accommodation itself is great. It’s not a noisy area. The only thing I wish could have changed were all the stairs I had to go up with all my luggage, but I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the lovely stay! "

"A very convenient location in central Glasgow. The apartment was modern , good quality and quite roomy, kitchen and dining setup was compact but good. My only negatives were that the room hadn't been fully cleaned (kitchen bin was full and some other things missed) and that the view from the window at the back was fairly dystopian."

Last minute booking during storm Eowyn jan 25

"Last minute booking, very good value, very late check in (11.30pm) Night porter expecting us, helped with bags, room lovely and warm. Bed amazingly comfortable, and bathroom so clean you could eat dinner in there. (Joking) Breakfast included in price, staff very helpful. Full scottish breakfast, and changes to it no problem. This is a hotel we have stayed at previously and would stay again and again. The restaurant is also fantastic We are here now sheltering from storm Eowyn. The staff are very attentive, but right now, there are no guests in any public areas, and the staff are patrolling the hotel and grounds looking for storm damage. They have staff ready to make repairs where necessary. Personally i think this is amazing"
