I've stayed at this property a few times over the past couple of.years. It's a very reasonably priced location that is close to the many beautiful lakes, wineries and waterfalls in the Finger Lakes, NY. It's an older motel but it is very clean. It has a very nice outdoor pool. The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpfull.

Our stay America's Best Value Inn was pleasant. We didn't need much. Just a clean, quiet room, and a comfortable bed. All good. And the price was very reasonable.
