"Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant attached to it and good food. Very quiet at night time and the rooms are as new. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and super friendly. We missed our flight and they made sure we are still looked after. What else can you say? Thank you to hotel staff and management!"

"It was fabulous - extremely well equipped kitchen, private, quiet. The cottage had many extras that you usually do not find in a rental property. Has private yard, BBQ, jacuzzi tub, oven, full size frig, Nespresso, everything we wanted and more. Hosts are very nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. Excellent stay in everyway."

"Love this hotel. First time we’ve stayed rather than visited for an afternoon. Highlight, apart from the gorgeous garden bar, is the food. Consistent quality. Rated every meal. Only thing I would love to see changed is having a breakfast service for in house guests rather than guests needing to order through at the bar. Coffee is also excellent. "

"The property was in an excellent location close to the beautiful Lake Wakatipu and great to have the eating options of the Hilton Hotel. The apartment was clean and spacious and loved having a bath tub in the main bathroom. Close to walking tracks and can catch a water taxi across to the town. "

"Quest was clean and the staff was friendly and reactive when I lost both of my keys on Christmas Day. Ugh, could've been a nightmare, but I was back in my room within 5 minutes of calling the help line. Beautiful view of the Remarkable Mts and walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. I walked to the hotel from the airport-maybe 15 or 20 minutes mostly flat and got a feel for the area. Convenient from the airport, but fairly far from downtown. I tried to follow Google Maps walking directions for little hikes, but there are a lot of construction fences around and I couldn't get very far. I ended up taking the bus to town and loved my time in Queenstown. I recommend a short walk from the hotel to Monkee's Asian Fusion for at least one of your meals. "
