"Everyone was just so amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The Tea-Master was kind enough to do the drink our 3 children asked for. The Indian Chef with mustache was so kind to ask if everything was okay. He had an incredible smile. This hotel is a match with Marriot! Thank you for the pleasant hospitality."

"Request early check in due to one of the family members was not feeling well. They quickly looked for a room for us to checked in. Appreciate theire understanding and consideration. Surrounding got few restaurants which is walkable from the hotel and the food was nice too especially lemon curry noodle. The room was clean and and bed is nice to sleep.We will book this hotel again in future if we travel Penang again "
