"This was my first time at Hotel Nikko and it exceeded all expectations. We spent most of our visit to the City at the hotel and had the most amazing time. The staff was pleasant to work with and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was also a big plus to have the Anzu restaurant inside the hotel so we didn’t have to worry about leaving the hotel for a nice dinner. The decorations for the holidays was very cute! The amenities were amazing, an indoor pool for us winter babies? LOVED! We did not want to leave! Perfect for a little staycation. I’m already planning my next trip. "

"The property is really beutiful! The amenties included a continental breakfast, pool table and foosball table. Staurs are a little steep, but there's an elevator so you dont have to take the stairs. "

"Chancellor is in a great spot next to Union Square the rooms are great and the hotel is very nice and clean beds are so comfy with the added extra of coffee when you want and cookies for breakfast. I would definitely recommend. "

"It was a wonderful experience. Went during the holiday season. Very festive. Gingerbread house was up and the aroma was delicious. Downside: up charges add up! $90 valet charge. Urban charge can be opted out of but that covers wi-fi and gym. Tax on all charges too. Will return. 😊"
