"Rooms were clean. This isnt a high end hotel, and isnt pretending to be. Great motel to stay in downtown San Francisco when you have a vehicle to deal with. The neighborhood could not be more perfect. Walking distance to most things, and so many good food options"

"The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to Pier 39 and union square and also buses to the Golden Gate Bridge. We arrived early and our room was ready to check in. The front desk (Damien) went all the way to help us to solve the luggages issue that we face. He shared useful information. Very happy with the place, location and service provided."

"The hotel is very well located nearby the famous tram lines of San Francisco. The decor is a bit dated just like the whole hospitality experience but I didn't mind that. The elevator is really cute. The only thing that really bothered me was the lingering smell of vommit in the building. At least the room didn't have that. "

"It was different but easy to manage having no key just codes to open doors . I stayed for 4 nights and texted and called regards getting some fresh towels and never got them I would have given this proberty a better review but being brushed over by the person who picked up the phone over some towels was not necessarily and the fact there took the towel I left outside my room but never brought fresh one staying for 4 nights I dont think I ask for much. "

"The art and vibe is cool, but the hotel is older so carpet and windows etc could use an upgrade. There was no AC so in August it was very hot in my 3rd floor room, and even though the outdoor temp cooled down, the outside air didn’t cool the room down to a temperature suitable for sleeping; even with a fan. There was also a lot of street noise outside my room since there’s a bar right across the street. It was fine for a short business trip to SF but probabaly wouldn’t stay there again. "
