"This apartment was beautiful, location superb. The decoration of a very high standard like a luxury hotel. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms absolutely stunning! We loved this beautiful apartment and wished it had not been a flying visit! The cleanliness is immaculate and the overall feel is very warm and inviting! We will return one day’ if you want a location with views and just off the Royal Mile this is wonderfully place! Beautiful, highly recommended "

"Staff were attentive but not overbearing. Facilities were amazing Room was airy and warm Every need catered for Even our little dog was given a bed and bowls which was excellent as we were travelling light so we didnt need to bring them."

"Wonderful location right off the Royal Mile. Our apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and quiet, even though we were in a busy area and there was construction going on towards the back of the building. More than enough space for our family to stretch out and relax after long days of touring the city! Linens provided were ample and clean, bath products were available in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. We would absolutely book again!"

"If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Welcome sherry or whiskey upon arrival was a nice surprise. The place was elegant but homey; I never felt like I had to dress up for anything. Our waiter Ryan was great. Turndown service was another nice surprise. Every room is different, and the heated floors were really special!"

"It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel, the interior is truly unique. I have stayed at many quality hotels in Edinburgh, but this one, is without a doubt, my favourite. Great rooms, comfortable beds, powerful showers and luxurious bath tubs. Easy on street parking. The breakfast is out of this world and must be one of the best in Britain. However best of all are the wonderful staff who are so welcoming and helpful. "

"Faultless. I read the reviews and thought how can there be so many 10 reviews. Well they were correct! The reception team were friendly and professional throughout. The entry to the apartment block and room is very secure, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, warm and quiet set alongside one of the back streets in central Edinburgh. Milk in the fridge allowed for a cup of tea when I got there and the umbrellas in the foyer helped out massively on our trip on this occasion."

"It's a very good place for travellers. It's a 3- 5 minute walk to the train station and close to a large shopping mall with a food court and some restaurant choices. The room is clean and large, and it has all the kitchen stuff. Highly recommended."

"Extremely conveniently located in the city for reaching all the nearby museums, galleries, Calton Hill etc and 5 minutes walk from Waverley Station. Apartment is gorgeous, has everything you need for a short stay and was very comfortable. Excellent!"
