"This is the 2nd time I've stayed here, lovely clean hotel with great transport links. One minor complaint, when I stayed here in 2023, guests were able purchase and consume food in the bar/reception area. On this occasion we were told this was not allowed and we had to take the food to our room. Disappointing, given there were very few people staying and the restaurant didn't seem to be open. "

The fridge didn’t seem to be cold and they charge a lot of money for room service delivery which I found strange, as it’s just someone bringing the food from the kitchen up to your room which I haven’t had at other hotels.
