Don’t miss breakfast: the ladies responsible for it are the kindest most fun people you’ll meet. Also do try the complimentary skin care products: they are really good! Hotel is located in walking distance from metro and Dotonbori.

Hospitable receptionist! Was struggling with my luggage before my check-in time but they offered to keep the luggage for me. Very convenient to popular shopping district (Shisaibashi, Dotonbori). Overall was satisfied with my stay :)

Disappointent and Super Annoyed

We decided on this hotel because we wanted to bring our pet but because they didnt mention on hotels.com that only specific rooms allowed pets, we had to find other means for our pets accommodation. That literally ruined the first 2 nights of our trip. Very disappointed. They also only have 2 parking spaces so its always full it seems. Thankfully there are other parking spaces around, just double the price.

3／１よりホテル名が変わるようです スタッフ一人一人が親切、フロントの女性達は、何か聞いても直ぐ調べて答えてからるから、旅行者として本当にありがたかったです 朝食は、無料のおにぎりの種類が豊富 提供してくれる賄い担当のスタッフ2人が元気に挨拶をしてられるから朝から気持ちが良い 周りにも定食屋、スーパーもありメトロもJRもありと本当に便利なホテルでした 大阪マラソンで３泊しました レース当時ではバナナも用意してくれていました こじんまりした部屋でしたが、無駄がなく過ごしやすいホテルでした
