Clean and comfortable accommodation, toiletries free for guests in reception and a automated check in and out terminal in reception, staff always friendly and happy to help, Japanese channels on TV but you can purchase English movies and programs for unlimited use for a 24 HR period for 500 yen at reception, breakfast variety changes daily and is Japanese style breakfast, flavoursome and filling overall a pleasant stay

Very uncomfortable but CHEAP & walkable!
It’s a business hotel you stay here for saving money not comfort just know that. The room is very very small and awkward. The bed and pillow is so incredibly uncomfortable. If you can bring your own pillow do it. The only good thing was the complimentary breakfast which was shocking good! 3 sweet old Japanese ladies make fresh and authentic Japanese breakfast for everyone. The location bonus is that it is walking distance to Osaka castle.

The stay was very good. The point to be improved is the difficulty in finding the correct hotel among other of the same group at the region. Even using Google Maps it is sometimes difficult to understand which of the hotels is the one you are pretending to go. Of course I agree that the provided map after booking is useful.
