The hotel is not directly accessible by cab. It is fine on a clear day but was terrible if it rains. On top of that, the hotel has no in house restaurant or in room dining services, as a result, we have to look for restaurants outside of the hotel in the rain. This is extremely inconvenient since we are not familiar with the surrounding and it was dark as the day is short in winter. The services rendered meet basic requirements and the room is clean. Mimimal language barrier.

Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Osaka. The room is a good size. The bed is big and it has nice amenities. Love the steam room upstairs. The place is spotless. Super clean. Will stay here again!

I really enjoyed the area it was in; right near Osaka station, around a lot of dining options, with a drugstore and convenience store right at the property. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were always kept in very nice condition with the cleaning services frequently visiting. I would definitely stay at this property again.
