"We ended up having to book the last available room after an airline delay, and our original hotel was unable to extend. Place was clean, staff professional and courteous. They were able to provide a 2 hour early check in without charge (though earlier would have cost 1000p). Water pressure and temperature were excellent, which is hard to find at lower price hotels. Wish we had booked here for the whole trip! Breakfast is available, but pricy at $499 per head, and be sure to arrive early. We...

"There was just no trash bin in the kitchen which is necessary and the lighting can be improved to make the space brighter. Additional plates and saucer may help as well. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable with friendly staff and clean ambiance."
