The experience was pleasant, except for a 30-minute delay in re-entering my room due to a dead battery and the manager's subsequent difficulty in resolving the issue. Aside from the apology, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. "

They were able to provide a 2 hour early check in without charge (though earlier would have cost 1000p). Water pressure and temperature were excellent, which is hard to find at lower price hotels.
