This should be called Motel. Not hotel. Smells like a sh*thouse. No towels, no hair dryers. Refrigerator smells. The floor of the room was sticky. Found hairs on the blanket. Front desk lied about bringing the hairdryer to our room. The phone was disconnected. Nasty and dirty place. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. You better stay at your car rather than this nasty place.

Property smelled like urine when walking into the building. The hallways smell musky and when we got to our room. I noticed in the bathroom there was black mold all over the walls. If it wasnt extremely late when we got in i would have got a refund and left. Im not sure how housekeeping hasnt noticed it when they clean. The staff at the front desk were very nice but i will not be returning. Wish i could have got a refund and left.

Check-in staff was nice and the only ok part of the hotel. The rooms were incredibly dirty. The bed sheets were stained and dirty and did not look like they had been changed. No towels in the rooms, and were unable to obtain towels when asking for them. The TV’s did not function, alarm clocks did not function. It was loud, dirty and uncomfortable.

I'm not going to lie, when my family first visited the hotel, it was a shocked to us. I know what we paid was really affordable compared to other hotels but, I think I didn't realise how much this hotel needs renovation. The gentleman who greeted us was helpful especially when he realise my shock and panic after realising what I had paid for wasn't what I expected. The selection of cribs and mattress shown had seen better days. I think at that point, I felt like I wanted to run away due to the fact that we had just had a long 10hr flight with a toddler that didn't sleep at all, so we were more sleep deprived and just wanted our special request to be sorted prior to our arrival.In the end we got a room which was better to some extent, although in the morning when we finally had got some rest, we realise we had no shower head,no remote for the TV which once provided wasn't working, so the TV had to be replaced and drilled on to the table which came as a shock to my husband and I. Even though there were many challenges, I must say that whenever we needed toiletries or maintenance work to be done such as the bathroom light, the team at the hotel were on it and got it sorted at the end of the day so we were grateful we didn't have to shower in the dark for too long. Location is the best thing about the hotel, everything is close by. I wanted to swim so badly but was disappointed that the pool water looked green so we didn't risk it. Other than that, it wasn't too bad.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I checked in and checked out within the same 5 hours. The hotel itself smells gross, there is a no smoking rule but will learn quick enough it smells like marijuana and cigarettes. The elevator needs an update we ended up just taking the stairs with heavy luggage, I couldn’t trust the elevator. I didn’t notice any bugs like previous comments stated however once we entered our room it smelt like bleach and other chemicals. We left maybe thinking they just cleaned it and to give it a chance to air out and when we got back we gave it another hour then my significant other literally started vomiting and couldn’t breathe . IT WAS THAT BAD. We drove home the same night due to other hotels being fully booked. It sucked. I’m not one that demands or asks for refunds I always walk away and learn my lesson. But I'm fighting it on this one. With that being said this hotel could be a great hotel. It is a good location on international drive, walking distance to many things that are popular in Orlando. But it needs a better owner and maybe even better employees. Ones that’ll take care of it and actually value customers. The hotel looks horrible, down from the torn shower curtain to the bathroom door that couldn’t even open half way. I’ve payed the same price for other hotels that I would rate at least 4 stars.

This was an ok hotel but it was very dirty, it had cigarettes on the floor, the floor were not clean for several days and the walls seem to be very dirty too. With good maintenance this hotel experience could be better.

I stayed 5 nights. I hate to be that guy... but this place was bad, it's time to update everything in your rooms. First night i checked in went downstairs to tell tell them that the AC was not working and that 2 light bulbs were burnt out, they said they'll send someone up shortly. No one ever came up the whole stay. The 3rd night the toilet tank overflowed and water was all over the bathroom and room, I went downstairs to ask for a mop, they said they'll send someone up. 2 hours passby and no one came up and the room was all wet. Went back downstairs and was told they have no one at the moment to go up, i told them to just give me a mop and I'll clean it myself. They gave me a new room instead. Moral of the story you get what you pay for. Tried to save a couple bucks and it hurt. Spend the extra bucks and don't stay here.

Location is really good, very close to universal, but that’s mostly it. When me and my daughter got to the hotel room, the tv wasn’t working, there were bugs in the bathroom, I had to go down to the lobby to get towels because there were non in the room, hallways smelled bad, and the room did too.

The f front desk staff and the maintenance guy were excellent. They let us check in a couple hours early there's plenty of restaurants nearby and a really cool arcade across the street. The pool was locked up but they contacted maintenance and he quickly opened the gate we placed some valuables in the safe however on the second day the safe would not work but again the maintenance man came and fixed it with no problem. There was one night where some guy was sleeping on the couch in the lobby. As a guy I would have no problem staying here but it made my life feel uneasy as I understand what she meant by that. Overall it is close to universal and a lot of options nearby. You get what you pay for however the staff was really nice and they corrected any issues we did run into. The room is fairly clean no bugs detected and he bathroom is a bit out of date.
