Condition of the room was a bit worn, loose cupboard doors, drawers that stick, chipped furniture, etc. Cooking equipment in the kitchen was very basic. On the plus side, staff was very responsive and helpful. I lamented the lack of a tea kettle, and the next day one was delivered to our room.

I thought the location was good. Guest relations was nice and helpful when our key cards didnt work on day 2. The pools and hot tubs were nice. The property had a nice resort feel. We enjoyed the little cafe and the mac n cheese bites were 10/10. We noticed the hot water getting slim on day 2 but with Disney being the priorty we didn't report. We checked out on day 3 with cold showers and a non working washer. We had several men outside of unit working on the hot water heater quickly after we reported the issues early am, but never received an update and ended up checking out at 10:30 am. For the price we paid, I am sunsure if I would return, but everyone’s experience will be different and this may have been just a seldom incidence.

Customer service was excellent but house keeping needs to clean the floors, my feet were black from walking barefoot on floors. Also the dishwasher was so gross & rusted inside, I washed all dishes by hand. But anything I needed for the kitchen they were very accommodating.

Checking was pretty confusing when we got the key she pointed out the door and said go around that way and go down the end You’re in D Building but of course we did not know what she meant and after 15 minutes of looking for DeBoo, we noticed there was a D up on the building that if you did not know it was there you would not know it So we checked in dropped our stuff and took a look around. The map on the brochure is terrible. It’s so hard to understand. Also, as through the week we noticed that our socks and our feet were dirty black I don’t think the floors have ever been washed and is not from the balcony because we were flip-flops out there, there is one frying pan where there should be a few more at least two also there is no dish towels. We had to go down and get some the one remote only had one battery in it and when we called down and asked for a battery they just said use the other remotes they work on all the TVs . also, the water pressure in the showers was terrible at least 20 minutes to have a shower. So better communication on having the customer no where they will be going and how to get there. The map is garbage two make sure the place is clean the floor. also, I forgot do you say in class door kept getting caught with the curtain? I suggestion is put on a Velcro tie back so the curtain does not get caught in the door. Thanks.

We loved our stay at Floridays Resort, however the amenities offered for a "full kitchen" in a resort which slept 10 people was laughable. A small pan, a small pot, 8 plates and bowls. Thankfully we are Floridian's ourselves and were able to come prepared with all of our own kitchen items (pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, food storage containers) which made it workable. If we had flown in and couldn't bring our own kitchen items then it would've felt like a waste of a kitchen.

What a great place! All the comforts of home on a very quite street. Would have played the Mt.Dora Monopoly game if their had more of us! Great for Mt.Dora & surrounding area. Downside: no tv in 2nd bedroom.

My room smelled nasty and old, there was no working ice machine in the building, the sink in the master bedroom didn’t work and was clogged. The water pressure sucked. This was told and nothing was done. All I got was “Ok”

During our stay we had exceptional service easy check in we arrived our 10 pm and were checked in about 20 minutes later. The staff was very friendly and timely mannered. Our room was A208 and the only bad thing about it was the front bedroom we could hear everyone coming and going. The laundry machine was running the whole time and it worked excellent except the dryer had to be ran twice. We went to the pool later around 6 pm the next day. The pool was freezing cold it was definitely hot outside so the pool can be considered for a heater maybe it would be a better experience to have warmer water. Which this is our second stay at this resort and the pool has been the same way both times. The hot tub was way too hot and had lots of people in it we were disturbed and being hit by balls by a child who was trying to hit his sister. The food at dinner was very uncooked and tasted microwaved definitely not worth the price as we got 4 meals and they were all bad quality. Overall we did have a good stay but it would’ve been nicer if the pool was supervised to control rowdy guests and also for the pool to be heated. As well as cheaper prices at the bar and restaurant because the quality definitely did not match the price.
