I actually left the same night I arrived because the room was too creepy. There’s a window that goes out into the hallway which is weird and there a big gap under the front door that allowed lots of noise into the room. They were working on the elevators which was super loud and made the wait to go down very slow. Will never return. This review does not reflect the staff which were extremely nice and pleasant when I checked in.

Facility very good for people in town for theatre. Easy parking. Breakfast excellent, bar and available food at night very convenient. Facility old but still reflects Embassy Suite characteristics.

The property itselfvwas decent but unfortunately one of the main elevators was not working. There was limited options for lunch or late night dining and no hotel transportation. Lastly I was hit in the arm by the arm for the parking lot while walking by. Luckily it missed my head. Overall not a bad stay just a few inconveniences. If staying downtown I would certainly consider the hotel again.

Typical hotel in the middle of the ghetto. Elevators broke, took anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes to get to the first floor. Buffet not exactly a buffet, patrons have to receive it from servers instead of us being able to get what we want and how much. Staff were friendly don't get this wrong, but this particular Embassy Suites leaves way too much to be desired

I stay here for easy access to Dr. Phillip’s performing arts center. Easy 5-10 minute walk, near the nightlife, rooftop pool is great, free happy hours at bar, full breakfast buffet and omelette bar is great. Great value too.

I was very surprised the hotel did not have a restaurant. That is one of the few embassy suites that I have ever stayed at that did not have a restaurant. They were redoing the elevator on the busiest time of year. There was only one regular elevator, and one service elevator in working order and they were very slow. The area around the hotel was not very impressive. There was no water in the room and several of their things that we were usually accustomed to at other embassy suites

I had to change 3 rooms as they all had a smell of damp water. Even the third room was terrible from smell. The condition of property was terrible with a lot of constructions and elevators not working. I demand a full refund for this terrible property. It was worst than a motel and I paid over $300 for it
