Ivo was very helpful to us when we were exhausted after a long day of driving, he really made the check-in experience so smooth and nice. The hotel room itself was a bit dated, but its proximity to universal studios was amazing!

Love staying here. Everything is clean and nice. Only complaints is check in is slow and connecting rooms have are terrible, you can hear everything. Ask for a non connecting room which is lower floors only. You can walk to Endless summer in less than 2 minutes to take the Universal bus for free to universal studios.

Stayed here for 2 nights and didn’t sleep very well. Walls are very thin within rooms & was kept awake by other guests. Room in general was fine & as expected aswell as the area it’s within.
