The property was in a nice clean area, the building was nice and clean on the inside. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall a good nights rest at this property.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room was infested with cockroaches, which was absolutely horrifying. On top of that, the entire place had a horrible, nasty smell that made it unbearable to stay in the room for long. The AC didn’t work, it was clear that cleanliness and hygiene are not priorities here. Avoid this place at all costs!

I was told i had a premium room for it only to be out dated with messed up furniture. There was still someones hair in my shower. When I came back from disney the next day my bed wasnt made and towels were just placed in the bathroom and trash taken out. The bathroom door was wayyyy to close to the toliet and this morning there was a roach that crawled out from under the sink and was crawling on the floor.

There was a couple who was checking out after 30 minutes cause they had 3 roaches in there room. There was a faint smell of Raid roach spray in my room. Fixtures were rusty and halfway detached from wall. I had the heebie jeebies and sprayed down everything ..mattress..bed..pillows..toilet..shower floor. I was tip toeing until it was time to run up out of there. I got what i paid for. A cheap room..wont be back.

We were disappointed Ted to pay resort fees per day and not get rooms cleaned unless we stayed more than 5 nights in a row. And our battery went nuts in our smoke detector and we had to call multiple times to have maintenance come in the middle of the night.
