"Check-in was very smooth despite so many rooms with different need. It was pleasant surprise to have front-desk staff Racheal to handle our check-in and check-out with no hickup as compare to my last year visit. Everything was good for a family of 35 pax except for toilet biget spray in one of the was leaking and not wheelchair family. "

"I had an excellent stay in this hotel overall. However, one notable downside was the lack of air conditioning in the lift lobby. This made it uncomfortable, especially during hotter parts of the day. Additionally, the waiting time for the lifts was longer than expected, which became a bit frustrating during peak hours. "

"Very nice hotel, comfortable bed. polite and helpful staff. The breakfast spread is not great, was expecting a little more for a hyatt hotel renowned for F&B. Lack variety and very basic. Will not pay extra for breakfast for the next stay. The wifi is poor with calls dropping off. "

"We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than this, all thumbs up for a spacious and comfortable stay for us."

"Got the 3 person room with a Queen and 1 Single bed. The room is huge but the amenities inside the room are so old some of them looks run down. The wooden fixtures starting to peel off, the toilet door frame are peeling off and the shower is only accessible by the bathtub. Meaning u hv to climb into the tub to shower which is a challenge for elderly. The aircon is very cold, cant rly control the temp even aft we turn the temp up to max, it still felt like cold. "Property Hotel n surrounding areas was beautiful. Staff were excellent n service was superb. The only thing missing was certain tv channels, eg., Fox News was not available and only all other democratic media channels was on. That’s not being fair to us since we should be able to watch any news and show and not to be politically biased. Thats the only reason n concern we have as not to stay with shangri la again. "

"There are so many great things about this hotel! 1. Convenient location with easy access to public transport (bus and MRT), F&B, and others (there are 2 small shopping malls opposite). 2. Room size was bigger than I expected. 3. Clean room and linens. And the main highlight of my stay, was their front desk staff named Jessica! She has made my stay truly warm and inviting, and is so helpful as she wrote down how to get to my destinations, recommended places to eat and go to that are near the hotel and my destinations, and so much more!! If there are any improvements, I would only say the hot water that is not so consistent throughout the usage, and for some reason there is always the small water bugs that are present in the bathroom (but very little like one or two). Not sure why the bugs are present cause the bathroom is clean and there is no smell whatsoever. Overall, definitely coming back here and highly recommended for short and long stays!! "
