"Loved almost everything. A few things Id change. The music the DJ plays is terrible. We’re all grown trying to have a relaxing time. The music was way off, way too loud and not what we enjoy. Why techno? We’re not at a club, we’re on vacation. Couldnt even have a conversation without screaming. Also, the walls are paper thin. We heard someone sneeze in the room next to us. "From the moment you arrive to the Hyatt regency you know you chose the right spot. The first thing that hits you is the view of the property but then you immediately recognize the staff is where the beauty lies. I could not recommend this resort enough.
