Very beautiful resort. Friendly staff. Very noisy which was no big deal except the housekeepers would stand in the hallway early morning and talk real loud waking us up. You can’t make reservations for the restaurants so it’s a pain standing in line hoping to get in.

Like the hospitality most from maids to bartenders.. food was a bit dissapointing but there were enough choices if you didn’t like something you could get something else.

Need to be allowed to make reservations. Need more restaurants for the amount of guests. First come first serve is BS. Restaurants were not at full capacity. Food selection was recycled daily. Staff was amazing but management only wants your money. No beach bar or music. Boring night life for adults only. Better all inclusive elsewhere.

The staff members were very professional, the hotel was clean, activities available to do. I stay at Riu Resorts in general always a good vibe.

No toilet paper in room when arrived and asked for it 3 times after 5 hours it arrived. Didn’t leave wash cloths after making up the room. Housekeeping was terrible.

Garbage trucks 4AM with super loud back up alarms. Wait in line day after day for restaurants to be told they are full. One elevator was broken during our entire stay, wait and wait just to have a full elevator show up.

Great location. Restaurants were surprisingly good. Fairly clean overall. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating overall. Very safe to walk outside property.
