Lovely hotel, room was huge and very well maintained. In room safe and enough drawer and wardrobe space, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and lovely double walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable with a heavy duvet. Welcoming reception area and friendly staff throughout the premises. Breakfast was good in the dining room/ restaurant although a bit of a cafeteria feel so didn’t try it for evening meal, we presumed the bar would be setup in the same area in the evening which was a bit disappointing as we were expecting a nice little separate bar area to relax in. We didn’t try the pool as it was in shadow early part of the day and we weren’t back until later in the day when it was cool, but it looked a pretty area, no doubt better used in the warmer months. Plenty of eating places nearby and close to main road. Our room was a bit noisy at night as we often heard sirens from emergency vehicles attending the hospital across the road, but nothing too bothersome. Overall a clean well maintained pretty hotel which met our needs well and would definitely recommend.

Stay was great. We went to Disney the morning after checkout, realized we left a magic band in the room. Called and said we would come back this evening to pick it up. Night staff had “no idea” what we were talking about. Said they didn’t have access to housekeeping and couldn’t get it for us. (This was around 5:30-6 pm) said they would mail it to us. Next day manager called and apologized….Fast forward 5 days later we sent someone in the area we knew to get the magic band (after calling the day before) and night staff magically didn’t know what they were talking about again. Night staff was acting shady like they didn’t want to give it back. Finally got it back after some pushing. I don’t know if I would book this hotel again just because of this experience. Silly you can’t access housekeeping at 6pm at a hotel that housekeeping should be available most hours. I’m Calling BS.

I'm in hospitality. I'm a little sensitive. We were so exhausted after wsiting 2 hours for our rental car i was mostly done washing my hands when I saw the hairs ta gles and atuck on the end of the faucet. There was a long one draped neatly next to the bath mat on the tub, and another stuck on the wall by the towel rack shelf over the toilet. It was past 10pm and I wasnt about to call and complain, but you bet your sweet tooshie I went over the rest of that room.with a fine tooth comb. While I didn't find anything concerning (the headboards could be dusted or wiped better), I literally dreamt of bedbugs and dirty hotels all night. Right before 14 hours at Disneyland. That being said, the staff was super polite and helpful with local information, breakfast was great, and I'd give it another shot if I'm in that area again soon.
