"Great hotel, friendly staff and comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were also lovely. My only gripe is that it was a very hot day and it seemed like the room didn’t get cool enough to our satisfaction (I understand that others may find it satisfactory) for quite awhile. Nearly till the sun went down. "

"This is a very nice hotel. I have few notes. The room was beautiful and very clean. We stayed in an accessible room that was overall very well thought out. The shower head for the shower chair would not lock in position and kept sliding down. Not sure if that’s me not having strong enough hands for the task, but if accessibility is the objective, make it usable for everyone eh?The breakfast was nice, but they ran out of a few things well before breakfast was over. That could use better monitoring. The staff smoke too close to the doors. Some of us are very sensitive/ allergic to smoke. That’s a really easy fix. We had a woman from the hotel enter our room around 10am the morning we were scheduled to check out. No explanation or anything, just walked in. That could’ve gone really poorly in a few different directions. We pay for use of the room and the privacy that affords us. Y’all need to respect that. If there’s a chance someone hasn’t checked out, you need to THOROUGHLY announce yourself or better yet, leave us alone until checkout time. "

"I can't remember the last time we had an incredible hotel experience like the one we had. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Cleveland. It was extremely clean, staff was cheerful and courteous, amenities were numerous, and free breakfasts, dinners and drinks was icing on the cake. "

"Property Management was on point. My flight that was originally had me in like Thursday the 19th was all messed up because of weather on the East Coast. The management worked with me with my very late arrival early Friday morning The room was well appointed, a little small but how much time do you really spend in the room if you're not resting.. They had plenty of USB ports for keeping electronic devices charged up without using AC/DC charging adapters. The TV is easily viewable from the bed and unlike most controls was responsive. The hotel exudes class without overpaying for accommodations. I paid more and stayed in a lesser grade hotel room. I just hope this doesn't make them raise their price."

"Aside from Cleveland being a strangely noisy city because of people liking to show off how loud their motorcycles and custom cars are, as well as strangely early building works, it’s an okay town. The indigo was pretty and nice. It’s the rest I needed. I just Cleveland didn’t spoil it for me so much"
