If your looking for a place in Delhi at an affordable rate this is it. The motel is what it is, 2 Queen beds , clean, hot water and good heat. Is it the Belaggiio, absolutely not. If your a picky Peter this aint the place. If your smart and looking for a clean normal place this it. 100 yards from a new Hospital center on a quiet stretch of road. Glad I booked it..

Many repairs and upgrades are needed for this place. It also had a bad smell like some small animal died. I should be refunded my 100 dollars a disgrace. I couldn’t wait til the morning I used a whole can of Lysol to spray the place. I was so disgusted I couldn’t take a shower I had to use wipes to clean myself and my son.

I had a good stay, there was an issue with the roof leaking in a heavy rain storm but was dealt with promptly. I was given another room and it in no way affected the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and adding an additional day to my stay was not a problem.

I could not sleep. There were so many loud noises. Noisy refrigerator. Noisy neighbors. Noisy AC. I decided to cut my trip short and drive home one day early.

The outside looked nice. Once we got in the room it was a whole different story. The floors were in very poor condition. The ceiling had water stains and looked like it was falling down. The bathroom was terrible. The door would not close all the way. The water pressure was terrible. The walls were dirty and had a lot of patches. The vanity was old and the wood finish was coming off. There was no hairdryer. There was only shampoo in the room. The curtains were see through. There were dead bugs all on the window sill. There were stains on the towels. Holes in the sheets. The one bed was awful. Every time you move all the springs made a squeaking noise. The lighting was terrible. There was a sign that said ice and soda. There was an ice machine but no soda machine. The staff were very nice and friendly but that doesn't make up for the room at all!!!

good for a quick stay
Not many hotel options in this part of the Catskills and the Buena Vista served its purpose. Clean room,polite workers at check-in, easy to check out. A refrigerator and ice machine that worked, clean bathroom with soap and shampoo, and a comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

This hotel is slowly getting worse. I had trouble finding outlets in the room; at one point had to unplug the microwave and the whole outlet box started coming out of the wall. Another outlet was dead. Small deteriorations noted since my last visit in 2022.

Nice Rural Motel
Check in was smooth and cordial. Coffee/tea in the lobby. No frills. Back in the day motel, in the middle of nowhere, in the process of upgrade, and its more than adequate to get cool, clean up and get a comfortable night's sleep. Rm 116 was new and old and that was fine. Beds new. BR upgraded. Floor new. Flat screen TV. Smoke detector. You could even sit out in front of the door for some air, if you wanted. I'd go back.
