"Room was small, but yet spacious enough for two twin beds. Bathroom was clean n updated, altho the lighting can improve as it was a little dark. Was surprised to find bath robes n umbrellas in the closet provided as well as bedroom slippers. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top, and breakfast there too"

Pros: Attentive service staff Cons: It's quite an open concept with a small lobby Toilet in the West Wing was choked (probably due to public access) There were no clear instructions on pool access and we had to come down to the lobby to access to the West Wing No evening turn-down service"

"Our stay at the Areca was not typical for us. Yet we enjoyed the nods to the building’s history with the furnishings in our heritage room and loved the courtyard! However, a week was a little too long in this style of accommodation with no windows in the room. There were only dark wood shutters that opened to bars on the outside, which seems typical in the historic shop house design. "Amazing beds and pillows, great rest and sleep. Location requires vehicle but 5 to 10 mins away from the malls.Walking to the malls is winding easier to grab a car. Reeption and lobby looks normal but the rooms are amazing huge and clean."

"What an amazing place to stay! We loved everything about the Blue Mansion - from the wonderful friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you to the delicious breakfasts, the spacious bedrooms with complimentary goodies and the beautifully decorated rooms & courtyards. The complimentary guided tour was informative & amusing. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Georgetown."
