"The hotel is awesome with a plus. It has a free coffee machine in the lobby & water & some juice of the day. The hotel room has a mini kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Ironing board & iron was also in room. Has a gym & a pool. POOL Is ok just a lap pool. Gym is decent. Staff are friendly. PEN looked after me at check in.The only downside was the noise from all the sourrounding clubs. I was part of the noise from the club & was drunk enough to ignore it. If your a family with kids...

"It has a quiet environment with 5 minutes walk to the BTS station. The room was neat and spacious and is value for money. Staffs were friendly and helpful when I requested for a late check out. The rooms are well equipped with ironing board, microwave and a washing machine which is perfect for long stay! What I feel can be improved is the room cleaning services, as I can spot dried pee stains on the toilet bowl seat cover as well as the flooring beneath."

"It's close proximity to Terminal 21 makes it convenient to go shopping. The BTS/MRT is also within walking distance to the property. Environment is quiet despite being near the shopping area. The soi is a bit dark but pretty safe. As there is a small kitchenette/pantry in the room, the oily smell lingers. Thankfully the room is clean and well maintained so that is great. The room is also spacious and comfortable."

"Property was amazing. Rooms were huge and the decor was beautiful. Rooms were really clean and had so many great amenities within the room. The kids loved the piano, the billiard table and the adults loved the massage chair and sauna. Will definitely be back."

"Pleasantly surprised for a hotel being at the river. Friendly staff (multilingual a bonus), good food. Located in an area where can really get the feel of the culture. Food & shops mostly walking distant or can take the boat if you don’t want to dine at the hotel. Very accommodating for a family, business, solo. Highly recommend."
