Room size if amazing and facilities including Spa which is comparable to the one (if not better) than David Lloyds! "An amazing choice if you like to bike and explore. Claudio and Christian were incredible hosts. Property is located next to biking lanes and located in a beautiful area. 30 minute walk from Vatican City. Great restaurants nearby. They have great amenities, excellent source of recommendations and of course the bike rentals! We did not get the chance to do the bike tour but will highly recommend. The locations they take you to will hit majority of Rome"

"Staff was very friendly. Check-in was an easy process. The room had LOTS of closet space, but was a small room. Had an A/C unit that you can control. Neighborhood was about 30 min walk away from the Vatican museum and 1 hr from Colosseum. "

"We chose this location for its good reviews of price, room size and location close to public transportation for one week stay. There was a former breakfast room that provided self serve coffee and continental breakfast. There was daily room service. We were happy with everything except the check in process which was somewhat challenging. And the wifi which was essentially only available in hallways and common breakfast room because of the large buildings walls. "

"Had a really nice stay. Unfortunately there was some construction happening on the balcony of my unit which I was unaware of. The workers woke me up at 6:30 am the first night. The property owners were very accommodating and switched my room. It was a regular room with no balcony which was disappointing because I book my stays with balconies when traveling. But , they were very kind and offered to give me the difference of what I payed for the balcony room and one day breakfast on them. Location...

"Absolutely perfect stay - check-in was great, room large and well appointed, beds comfortable, breakfast decent and varied (side note - how is coffee out of a machine in Italy SO much better than fresh coffee in the UK...). Hotel is in a great location for easy walking, acess to the metro and taxis. We had a great stay and highly recommend. "
