Choose to be near with easy access from and to Milan Malpensa airport. We find that the team is wonderful. We got great help with every issue. The room is fine and clean. The food is food service are fine. Great value for money.

It was very clean and shampoos and shower gel available. However two cups with an assortment of hot drink sachets were available in the room but no kettle or hot water. When we went out to ask someone, no one was available. We also could not turn off the air con, which made us all quite cold as we slept. Other than that it was great for a stopover before our flight and the cleanliness part was exeptional.

Everything was absolutely fine, staff working there seems like they don’t enjoy it at all. A little bit of smile would change it a lot. For breakfast you better be there early as they don’t seem to refill what has gone. In general good with little improvement needed

My flight was getting in late I picked up my rental car and this was a good place to stay overnight My mastery of the Italian language is a work in progress, and all of the staff at the front desk were so understanding and helpful The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices and great coffee! The room was clean and comfortable My only drawback would be that you could hear all the other people in the building: I could hear the person next door snoring and in the middle of night there were two screaming babies 😵‍💫😵‍💫 But mostly it was great
