"Loved staying at this hotel the room was a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom, coming and going was made really easy, secure and free parking, only 10 minutes walk into the centre, also a great breakfast place round the corner, would highly recommended staying here, will definitely stay again. "

"The thing about this hotel is that check in and check out is done by email, and picking up a code to get your own key. There is no reception and so no service as such. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, just took some getting used to. I would have appreciated slightly larger cups in the room and a coffee sachet as well as tea."

"Overall the experience was excellent. Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area. Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. Stand out was the communication between us and a representative who answered all our questions and helped us with our stay."

"Property very near University and Queen Elizabeth hospital. Basically clean. On the negative first room was tiny with a stopped up sink in bathroom and unusable shower because it was too hot. second room had a horrible bed with springs felt, no soap provided in room. Basically this place is a crash pad for students. I wouldn’t stay again. "

"Great hotel right in the centre of Birmingham. Gorgeous interiors and friendly, welcoming staff. We used a nearby car park and got 50% off the price when we validated it at the hotels front desk. We will definitely be staying here again. "

Clean room and good breakfast

"We stayed in an accessible family room, the bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed wasn’t so comfortable but managed to sleep and even though on a busy street the room was always quiet. The breakfast was good with a good make your own waffle option that I’d not seen before and had for breakfast both day. The only annoying thing about the breakfast area is the number of family that let their kids use their iPad with no headphones and volume on ( maybe head down early to avoid this)."
