"Great location for getting on the train and getting around Sydney. If you are a light sleeper, my recommendation would be to ask for a room facing the pool, as there some street noise that was out of the hotels control, that kept me up at night. However the room was lovely. Lots of places to eat and shop. The pool was fantastic after a hot day out exploring. "

"The elevators were extremely slow. One wasn’t working. The football was on so there were heaps of guests. We had to line up for the lifts. The car park has just under 2m clearance so some cars probably wouldn’t fit. The bed was huge! Room was nice and a good size. Room service coffee was slow and average. Room got fixed up during stay but they didn’t restock milk for coffee. Staff were friendly. Price a bit expensive for what it is. Would stay again if I need too. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Punthill Parramatta. People there are nice and very welcoming. The manager, Christine and her team were very helpful. Hotel location is excellent in regards to transportation, eating areas and shopping. Beautiful walking area along the river. Would definitely come back."

"Had a two night stay in Sydney and was very fortunate to stay at the Holiday Inn Parramatta. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was just beautiful and comfy. This hotel is just so convenient in terms of location. 10mins walking distance to a huge Westfield and the train station - so great. "

"Super comfortable bed. Clean sheets and clean room. Large size room with space to put luggage. Bathroom was tired and dated with broken/loose grab rail and towel rail. We weren’t game to use the rail to assist with getting in and out of the bath/shower. Lots of traffic noise. We got free parking with our room which was great but parking station has very tight turns and is tricky to navigate in even a medium size car.
