"The property is situated in a great location, spacious apartment, with all you need including air con, washing machine and dishwasher. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores very close by. "Convenient location in Okpo, clean and tidy. Front desk staff very helpful. FSR bus pick up by front door for Hanwha yard workers (not main gate). Only complaint would be poor choice at breakfast - although it was inclusive in my room rate."

"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "

"호텔위치가 아주 좋았고, 통영 구시가지가 아니라 새롭게 조성된 뉴타운이라서 구시가지보다 훨씬 편안하고 정비가 잘되어있었습니다. 주변에 식당 카페 베이커리 등이 잘 갖추어져있고 죽림해안도로 산책길도 비록 길이 좁은거 빼곤 좋았습니다. 호텔방이 넓어서 편안했고, 반려견 데리고 있기 때문에 공간적으로 넓어서 편리했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했어요. 다음에 다시 통영게 여행가면 반려견들과 함께 또 가겠습니다. "
