"Exceptional in every way"

"I usually do not take pictures of my hotel room (Room 106) but this was absolutely amazing! It was even more incredibly beautiful than the advertised photos. The floating bed was very comfortable and the suite was tastefully decorated and was roomy with a semiprivate outdoor sitting area with a wonderful view. They reached out and requested that we contact them when we arrived in Santorini so they could have someone meet us to assist with luggage and to direct us to the hotel. This was very helpful as the streets are not marked and some are just narrow pathways. The owner greeted us with fresh squeezed lemonade and bottled water while we checked in on the patio and absorbed the caldera and sea view. At check out, some came at an arranged time to carry the bags to a designated place for our pick up. Throughout our stay, all the staff were caring, professional and friendly. I did not want to leave!"

"Fabulous stay at a smaller, intimate hotel with one of the most beautiful views in the world, of the caldera of Santorini. Excellent service, delicious breakfasts, we enjoyed a wonderful sunset dinner at Botrini's. The pools were nice. Bed mattress and linen could be better, otherwise perfecto. Although at the heart of Oia, the hotel is privately set on its cliffside."

"We had a phenomenal time at Charisma suites! Everyone was very accommodating and sweet. We found this resort on Instagram and it was exactly as marketed. We came for our wedding anniversary and highly recommend the pool suite room. The sunset view is to die for and is worth it to avoid the crowds with some privacy. "

"What a beautiful place!! The views are indescribable, the staff absolutely wonderful and such quaint rooms. Each room has a view of the caldera sunset. The breakfast was delicious and you could either eat on the terrace of your room or on the terrace of the restroom. Either spot was amazing! There are ALOT of stairs but if you go to Santorini stairs are expected. The hotel had porters that carried all of our luggage! We were quite spoiled! "
