"The property was nice and the location was close to everything we wanted to do in Oia Santorini. However, a little disappointed that we booked the Gateway caldera view with private lunge pool but the pool was out of order so we did not have the Santorini experience that we looked forward to and booked for. Management agreed to offer us a discount/credit for the inconvenience, have to wait and see if Expedia and property will honor. "

"Maria and her team were wonderful! Responded phone calls immediately. We appreciate the staff carrying our luggage to room! Food in fridge were more than enough. "My family and I loved our stay here. Absolutely perfect location for breathtaking views slightly away from the bustle of Oia. 15 min walk to Oia. Across the street from city bus stop to Fira. Room was super clean. Delicious breakfast delivered to our terrace every morning. Pool was large and refreshing. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. "The property was beautiful … really a lovely cool, calm space that was perfect in almost every way … the only thing worth noting is that although a two bed villa … there aren’t any doors so there’s no privacy. Even the bathroom has a open window into the space (you can’t see directly in as there’s an enormous light shade blocking the view in ( it goes into the shower space) but again, it just compromises any kind of privacy you might want/require! BUT it was perfect in ever other way "

"The day we arrived took so much longer to arrive at the hotel because they were doing road construction therefore a ridiculous amount of traffic. Anastasia, came to greet us because our driver was unable to drop us off in front of hotel. Why? Simply because our hotel is literally on a cliff. "The Alafouzou Cave loft was the nicest property I stayed at in terms of combination of setting and room quality. The view from the decks is spectacular and you are literally a 30 second walk from the famed sunset strip. "Santo Pure is just a 7 min walk into Oia and secluded from the tourist hubbub on the Main Street of Oia. There is a big pool with a bar and an onsite restaurant. We did not eat at the restaurant but judging from the quality of the food from the room service, we think it should be top notch. We had a junior suite with sunset view and an infinity pool. Compared to the Santorini Sunset in Oia, the privacy of the pool, the sunset and floating wine glass makes the Santorini sunset mesmerizing and out of this world. The staff is super helpful, and the turndown service was superb. The only downside, which is not limited to the resort, is that Santorini has so much trash and plastic bottles along the footpath or the roadside. I wish the visitors would respect the environment and not litter so much, maybe the hotels and businesses could also do more to keep Santorini clean."
