"Not easy to get to but once there we had a lovely stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Coffee, water and pastries are always available. If I had one complaint, the room temperature was too hot and we could not control the settings, however we managed by opening a window! We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was my third visit to the charming Hotel Adler Zürich. I love the convenience of being in the middle of the Old Town and very close to tram routes. Excellent buffet breakfast in attractive dining room. It is probably worth mentioning that major services replacement work is being carried out in the square outside the Hotel and work starts very early on work days--but the weekend was very quiet. Fortunately the excellent double glazing really helped to reduce the building noise considerably !...

"Very average experience. The room was very dark with no view- corner view at courtyards on 2nd flor has no daylight at all. No good morning , no goodbye from the staff during the day. Only one waiter during breakfast was very kind and helpful. Hotel only for sleep and breakfast. Nothing else, even no place for work during the day at lobby- no space for it. Overall- very poor quality to the price. Sorry"
