Hotel Hacienda
The room was clean. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and nice. Just the waiter at the restaurant they have there was rude. He had a bad attitude. Not only did I feel that way but my entire family did. This happened around 10AM on 2/13/2026.

One Oaxaca Centro Hotel
The hotel was great, the staff, the amenities, very clean, great daily warm breakfast nice spread, coffee & tea, they have a 5 gallon water tank where you can fill up your own water bottle.
