"Amazing hotel! The rooms are the cleanest I have ever experienced in a hotel anywhere in the world, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff are exceptional and everyone is so polite and helpful. They answer all your questions, help you with special requests like "sending the Rimowa luggage to the service centre", they book tours and give advice and really everyone there makes your stay really wonderful."

"I loved the location of this hotel, it’s roughly a five minute walk from Kite beach, and its easy to navigate around Dubai from this area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, they made our early check in a smooth experience. I found our room to be very clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again."

"I had an amazing experience at the property. From hospitality to good food they got it covered. The pool at the property is well maintained and the water temperature is well controlled. The icing on the cake is their wonderful Chef Nadaf and their Pastry Chef who served us wonderful Tiramisu at their Restaurant Rio along with Juicy Pizza. They took care of our dietary preference as well and cooked us soecial meal everyday. I will definitely recommend this place. "

"My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Al Habtoor for 3 nights in January 2025. We were happy with the hotel. The rooms was spacious and well furnished. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (and all speaking perfect English, of course...). The price was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was good, with a big variety of food. "The staff are very helpful and friendly rooms are clean and spacious bed was comfortable. Location was close to city by transport and not too far from airport or beach. Only complaint is pillows are a bit flat for my liking and curtains have come off the track letting light in the morning"

"This is the BEST hotel experience I’ve had in my life! The staff is the best. We met James on arrival who helped open the taxi door, helped with our bags, assisted us to the room. Our entire stay he was always available to help with anything we needed. He advised us about attractions and everything we needed to know. Sylvia at the front desk was warm and inviting. She made sure we got a very good room with views to die for. She was able to answer questions we had. I got a Spa gift for my birthday which was a nice offer. Every single staff member had a smile and always offered help even when we didn’t need it. Dining room staff were nice as well. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai owes us nothing except a trip back."
