"The owner/manager was wonderful. The room and common area was very nice. There was only one thing about the room that was uncomfortable. I did forget to mention this to the manager, or it most probably would have been taken care of immediately. There was a blue light under the wall mounted TV in the bedroom that was really bright and stayed on constantly. We taped a cover over it, but seems like it could be painted black and problem would be solved."

"Great location and facilities. It was my birthday and I appreciated the bottle of bubbly in my room. The cleaning staff were were very friendly. The indoor pool was lovely. The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it had a spa but the hotel did not inform us beforehand that it was closed during the two days that we were there. That was very disappointing. "Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars."

"The staff at this hotel were wonderful - they treated us well during our 3-week stay. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. We highly recommend this hotel. Also, the food at the restaurant is delicious and affordable. We will stay here again."

The staff were very friendly but it would have helped if they told us the key needs to be inserted a certain way and the power control is behind the bathroom door. "Somewhat thin walls, could hear family next to us but at least signal of wifi could penetrate walls. It was a lovely place and we could get wifi in room near office area but no English speaking TV. Staff friendly. Never would have found it without the sat nav which took us through industrial edge and round bumpy track in country area."

"We. booked their sister hotel but when we got there, the hotel was closed. We finally got into the hotel that was closed and the operational staff said that that they moved us to another hotel. Although, they never sent us a text or email on this move. When we finally found the new hotel, they gave us a room that faced a busy road. We asked to change the room, however we had to pay an additional cost. Not my favourite hotel. "

"Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises and well equipped, good sized rooms. 2 swimming pools, a gym, good food options and plenty of free car parking add to the positives. Beautiful resort in great location

"Fantastic resort at a great location. Service was impeccable. If I had one negative, it's that I wish that the dining options included more Spanish cuisine. The room service menu had very few Spanish items, and even the restaurants were not particularly Spanish in focus. For many visiting the area, the Andalucian cuisine is what we look forward to. But, overall, a wonderful resort."
