"We. booked their sister hotel but when we got there, the hotel was closed. We finally got into the hotel that was closed and the operational staff said that that they moved us to another hotel. Although, they never sent us a text or email on this move. When we finally found the new hotel, they gave us a room that faced a busy road. We asked to change the room, however we had to pay an additional cost. Not my favourite hotel. "

"The Parador is located in a very unique place. It is in the National Park, with amazing pine trees, dunes, limestone cliffs, and miles of sand beaches. The views from our room were amazing. And to wake up to the sound of waves and scent of pine trees was an incredible experience. The location is very quiet - there is nothing else but the parador and its protected beach for miles. At the same time, the town of Mozagon with many restaurants is in 8 min drive. But we did not need to go to the town...

The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "
