"Never saw a live person in this hotel. The check in process was with a virtual attendant. The carpets were thread barren, the tile in the bathroom were doubled stacked & raised, the towels were thin as rags. Tv had many channels & a big pool. The door to the pool was very difficult to open unless a person was either strong or had some weight to push against the door which would definitely be a fire hazard.
