Staff was helpful and kind. Bathroom we had was dirty in the corners and the vent cover was hanging off. Stains on the ceiling. Price is my biggest complaint. It was balloon fiesta so they increased the prices tremendously! With taxes and fees paid $631.62 for two nights!!! Price gouging big time.

They made no compensation for the electricity going out on 10/7 when power was lost it was quiet the experience of almost being stuck in elevator as the power loss had just happened until the gentleman also in the elevator pulled the doors open and their is also my vascular problem in which I have an extremely difficult time climbing up and down with luggage this is a huge inconvenience for me
