This included complimentary drinks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as concierge services. However, there’s one downside to staying at this hotel: everything is accessible only by key card. Additionally, the hotel has a practice of shutting down the card before check-out. This means that if you’re out eating and returning to check out, you won’t have access to your room or the elevators. You’ll have to wait in a long line just to reactivate your card. This frustrating process has been a recurring issue every time we’ve stayed at this hotel."

Valet was easy. I am obsessed with the scent in the lobby. The only downside was I felt the hair dryer could be better quality. Did not seem to match the excellence of the rest of the room."

I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. "
