"There is construction next to the hotel that starts at 6:30 am which when you arrive from Los Angeles means is 3:30 am. Had to sleep both morning on the cold marble floor in the bathroom and the hotel made no gestures after many complaints. The worst experience. Not good to stay at all and definitely for that money ! "I paid for a casita suite which I thought would’ve been better than a regular room. It was average not very clean. The water in the shower took forever to warm up. Our sink broke and the water would not stop running. We had to get then to just turn the water off to that sink. Luckily there was another. "
