Fantastic place to stay right in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. The staff were exceptional especially when they take their time knowing their guests’ needs and interests. Our conversations with the staff also gave us an insight into the everyday life in Vietnam. Service was excellent & they even kept our luggages for us when we left for Halong Bay. Great restaurant. Thank you so much for a memorable experience.

Property staff, Kai, Johnny, breakfast staff at the front and manager Brian was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend this location as it is centrally located and 1 block to the lake.

Excellent service from check-in to check-out. We booked to Junior Suite which was lovely & super roomy. The balcony was nice & quiet with privacy. The room décor was lovely, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. Complimentary mini bar & afternoon tea was a nice surprise during our stay. Thank you Don for helping us find our feet. Hotel location was great & close to everything, we had the world at our fingertips! Room service was ultra quick, thanks guys. Breakfast was plentiful & accommodated for all needs. Nice pool and an absolute stunning g roof top bar area. A special thank you to An (?). After checkout An asked if we required a taxi for our next destination. We chatted briefly while waiting for our taxi, again An provided us with more information & offered us a farewell drink. How nice was that! An, you truely are a great asset to Tirant Hotel !! We wish you all the very best. Highly recommend. GMHM DOWNUNDER
