"Staff were great, easy to find, nice comfy bed with a bath in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice but they need to move the egg station to the beginning or to end, it just creates a blockage if people in the middle. The only thing I think the bedheads need updating & I expected a pillow menu but there wasn’t one. Will stay again if the price is right. "

"Designed for families! We had a wonderful time! The staff were awesome, super fun and interactive with the guests of all ages! Plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy, the set up is great! A schedule of what is on and what can be booked is sent to your phone as soon as you check in. Several well priced options and you don’t even need to leave the hotel, however if you do the tram is nearby so transport is easy. We stayed in a deluxe room which is one of the newer rooms and no complaints. We look forward to coming back!"

"Exceptional experience. Heart of the cbd and just near to central station. Easy commutation and you can enjoy shopping etc in cbd . Very secure . This was my solo trip with kids. In-house food is very good . Breakfast buffet is excellent. Gave very calm and relax experience."
