"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"A good apartment, nice sized rooms and well appointed kitchen (no oven though). Spa area very nice and standards in the apartments all good. Only downside is no internet in any of the apartments which is very poor in this day and age. It is located a little away from the centre, but a regular (free bus service) is at the road end, there is large supermarket a short walk away and several places to eat nearby including pizza takeaway. "Property is really well designed and it is very comfortable. Facilities are outstanding."

"The size of the apartment and the fact that the bedroom had a double bed was very good. There were a few maintenance issues ie.loose bath tap and bath side."

"Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "
