"Front desk staff was very friendly amd check in was smooth and quick. We had booked on the concierge floor so enjoyed a little cocktail hour over looking the river valley. We did not partake in the included breakfast. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Walkable to so many downtown venues, or short walk to transit. One of our favorite downtown hotels, and the cincierge floor elevates the stay"

"The staff here were amazing. We initially had a room right by the elevator but preferred a quieter spot, so they happily moved us to the top floor at the corner of the building to make sure we didn’t have any disturbances. Also I messaged ahead of time to be sure they would have breakfast options for me (celiac) and they had the best bread I’ve ever had, as well as a couple other options which was so nice as I’ve stayed at other hotels with breakfast included that had nothing safe for me to eat at breakfast. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we’ll come again next time we visit Edmonton. "
