"My recent stay at this hotel at Leonardo Hinckly exceeded all expectations. I booked 4 rooms with 5 kids and 7 adults for Oct half term. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted by the most attentive and professional staff. The front desk team, particularly during check-in, demonstrated exceptional hospitality with their warm smiles and efficient service. Special shout out for Annmarie & Lizzie manager!! The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. Our room was spotless, with crisp, fresh linens, gleaming surfaces, and meticulously cleaned bathroom fixtures. The attention to detail was remarkable – from the perfectly arranged toiletries to the streak-free mirrors and windows. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. "Love this hotel its where i met up with my partner for the first time a year ago and now we are married so wanted to come back as lovely memories as we live in Bristol now...Always nice and clean and staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful...Breakfast was lovely and included in the price so that was a bonus...We couldn't get over the size of the bed wow it was like a double kingsize definitely alot bigger than the first stay..Overall a lovely stay again and this is our favourite hotel in Northampton when we visit so will definitely stay again and again..Fully recommend "
