"This place was advertised as a house for rent. What it was, was a run down apartment building that was vacant. Upon arrival, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to be in a particular one of the units or not. It was very disconcerting not knowing if I would be walking into someone’s living space. However, I went into unit one to find it empty and clean. I called the property owner and was told the entire building was at my disposal. That was the end of the positive experience.
