"The accommodations were awesome. Full kitchen, separate bedroom, great livingroom. Perfect! Communication was tricky - not able to speak with anyone by phone. We were going to be arriving late and they do not have someone in the office on a 24h basis. If our flight arrived late, and/or it took time for our bags to arrive at baggage claim, or it took longer to get our rental car, we could have ended up locked out.
