"We booked this hotel in the summer, when we arrived at the hotel on 21 Oct we found that the hotel had closed and was sold and turned into rental apartments. We were not advised that the hotel had gone out of business. We had to scramble to find a less suitable place to stay at the last minute. There were not many rooms available. Needless to say my wife was very disappointed"

"The front desk lady with the beautiful glasses was kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast & the layout was exceptional! Only complaint is that the housekeeping manager doesn't permit late check outs."
