"It was good over all. Got an early checkin which was great and the staff was friendly. I booked it thru Hotels.com and took the booking protection in the event something changed. It did change and I had to leave a day earlier. It might be nice if in the Hotel’s policies it actually states clearly that if you book with a third party partner, Hotels.com, like I did, that you cannot get a refund from the hotel itself if you make changes. "

"We are low on finances and the $100 deposit was a surprise. Then to find out it takes days to get refunded. That is our only complaint. We could really use that refunded deposit before a week later"
